Team goals are the highest priority- not individual or personal goals. Decisions are based on what’s right – not who’s right. Contribute and listen to the input of others – there is no inequality in a team. Teams are base on mutual commitment and respect. Decisions are based on facts and analysis – not opinion management.
Our policies are geared solely towards fundraising, with a target budget for future medical and dental missions, support for Philippine foundations and NGOs, construction of classrooms and libraries, coordination with Philippine foundations and NGOs, and the creation of scholars, etc.
Messages: We need to focus on all our current schedules, and everyone should get involved because the success of one is the success of all. We need to protect each other; we work as a united family team. We need to preserve our honesty, sincerity, and dignity.
T.G.I.F.'s goals and mission are to be the premier organization composed of men and women with integrity and character.
